Review: SANJU is the biopic of contentious star Sanjay Dutt and a number of the dramatic and significant episodes of his own life. Sanjay Dutt (Ranbir Kapoor) is the son of famous actor and Politician Sunil Dutt (Paresh Rawal) and actress Nargis (Manisha Koirala).

He’s going to have started at a movie by his dad titled “Rocky”. Upset with his dad, he attempts drugs for the first-time indicating his buddy Zubin Mistry (Jim Sarbh). Now he finds out that Nargis is experiencing cancer and contains a couple of days to live. Sanju is not able to restrain his drug addiction even if his mom is fighting cancer. Sanju relationship with his girlfriend Ruby (Sonam Kapoor) gets affected and ends on a gloomy note. Nargis expires only three days ahead of the launch of Rocky. An overwhelmed Sanju agrees to undergo rehabilitation in the USA.

After he overcomes this obsession, he gets right into a more significant issue. He was arrested for illegal possession of arms. He was also liable for aiding the terrorists in execute the serial bomb blasts in Mumbai in 1993. How Sanjay Dutt struggles with this horrible charge forms the remainder of the movie.

Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi’s narrative is intriguing, but you can feel that they’ve attempted to perform safely. But they’ve balanced it out by not glorifying Sanju and revealing off his dark and lousy side also. Additionally, it’s astonishing how Rajkumar and Abhijat have not focused on his movie career and have concentrated on his private lifestyle and trouble.

Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi’s screenplay is excellent and regardless of the minuses, may be utilised as a guide about the best way best to write movies. With so much happening in the movie, the authors make sure that the storyline does not go all around the area.

Sanju Movie Song- Main Badhiya Tu Bhi Badhiya Video Release out now!!!

Everything is put together in Sanju Movie. For example, once the order where the Dutts are coming to India, Nargis’ opinions about Ruby. This can be done professionally and nicely connects to another sequence that’s associated with Ruby. Few dialogues related to sex will bring down the house in single screens and the outback. A section of viewers nonetheless would likewise be put off with these jokes and dark humour in locations.

Rajkumar Hirani’s leadership as anticipated is extremely impressive. This is not a simple movie to create however he executes and presents the storyline quickly and crisply. His magical comes to the fore in some sequences and is likely to leave audiences smiling and teary-eyed. On the other hand, the climax could have been much better and stronger.

The most significant advantage of SANJU never drops. The screenplay is engaging and keeps you hooked, even if you may not agree with all the goings-on. And that is a feat to get a movie that is 160 minutes. The back and on storyline works nicely and keeps audiences interested. The first half is excellent and includes some excellent emotional, humorous and dramatic sequences.

Rajkumar Hirani confess the reason behind making "Sanju"

The intermission point comes as a bolt out of the blue. The insanity continues from the second half. However, the storyline gets a little shaky. The movie goes on a top from the first half, but the same does not occur in the next half. The film should have ended with an impactor on a rocking note, as it’s happened in the previous Rajkumar Hirani movies. On the other hand, the movie leaves a powerful emotional impression overall, which functions well.

Ranbir Kapoor owns the movie and provides excellent performance. Nowhere does his performance look like a caricature and that he gives his most magnificent shot in ensuring he behaves and looks like Sanjay Dutt. Watch him out at the emotional flow, especially when his mother goes off, and he admits to his father he wants to get improved. Additionally, he will leave audiences moist-eyed from the scene at which he loses control to read his address to his dad and after the compulsory occurs.

SANJU movie certainly ranks among the very or potentially the most accomplished performance by this young celebrity and is likely to win him accolades, awards, and admiration! Paresh Rawal is also somewhat notable and plays the significant part Sunil Dutt together with perfection. SANJU is a father-son narrative, and he compliments Ranbir well in carrying some moments to great heights. Right out of his entrance, he makes a mark and brings down the house in several areas.

Additionally, he is rocking at the emotional flow such as when he meets Ruby or if he informs Sunil Dutt they will need to help Sanjay Dutt. In the second half, watch out for him if he meets Sanjay at the hospital and the pre-climax when he listens to the radio. Manisha Koirala has a supportive part but is a significant pillar in the movie and charms with her performance.

Sanju Official Trailer | Ranbir Kapoor | Rajkumar Hirani | Vidhu Vinod Chopra

Anushka Sharma (as Winnie Dias) delivers a brilliant performance. But Her screen time is limited. Jim Sarbh creates an effect with his act. Sonam Kapoor (as Ruby) is adequate from the cameo. Boman Irani (as Homi) leads to the pleasure quotient. Aditi Seiya (as Priya Dutt) appears like Priya but does not have a lot to do in the movie. Karishma Tanna (as Pinky) is very sizzling and creates a mark, despite being there for only a scene. Mahesh Manjrekar (himself), Ashwin Mushran (security officer), Bharat Dabholkar (lawyer), Piyush Mishra (D Tripathi), and Aanjjan Srivastav (minister) are excellent.

Songs aren’t that great but work nicely in the movie. ‘Kar Har Maidaan Fateh’ is the best of this lot. Sanjay Wandrekar and Atul Raninga’s credentials score is a lot better and thrilling.

S Ravivarman’s cinematography is magnificent and has captured a few of those locales attractively. Honestly, he impresses right in the very first shot — a bird’s eye perspective of Bandra. Shashank Tere’s production design is attractive and wealthy. Vikram Gaikwad’s make-up layout, Clover Wootton’s prosthetics and VFX by NY VFXWaala deserve the Maximum praise for creating Ranbir seems like Sanjay Dutt throughout the ages. Rajkumar Hirani’s editing is precise.

Overall, SANJU is a fun saga that combines emotions, humour, and drama in sufficient doses. It’s energetic, engaging, emotional in addition to persuasive.

The combination of both Rajkumar Hirani and Ranbir Kapoor act just like a dream. In the box office, although not being average Rajkumar Hirani family entertainer’, SANJU will score hugely and appear as a Monstrous Strike! Do not miss it!
